When I went to "have those beers" and realized just how late it was I just went to bed. Or are you seeing something else entirely happening? Many of us find the DE method to be at least 80-90% effective. Alternatively, or in addition, DebugEnabler has a Fix Invisible Sims command that redoes these outfit assignments on all sims in the world it thinks have "bad" ones all at once. One way to fix that is to somehow get the sims to change their outfits - actives are easy, have them go swimming or take a shower, but generally we can use MC to select a new existing outfit for them to wear, even the one they are already supposed to be wearing, and the problem is solved for that sim going forward. What it means is that these sims' outfit assignments have "gone bad." Not the outfits themselves, but the assignments to them. This is very common especially with new games and new worlds played for the first time within an ongoing save. You see them with thought bubbles appearing to move about underground, bicycles moving that appear to have no rider, etc. When someone mentions invisible sims, the first thing I think of is not necessarily CAS related but sims who appear invisible in live mode. The best looking city I have seen in the gameĬan we get a better idea of where this issue is occurring? If NYC gives me too much grief I'll just have to use something else. Bottom line here is I am not really all that excited to household all the role sims to fix routing though but if the above mod has anything to do with them spawning in off places I could probably do without it. add to household and assigning role sims. THAT is where my original problem above all started haha. so I household a few of them close to work, make sure assignments are back and routing is fixed. I'm not entirely sure if it's not due to me using the Shimrods Service Sims Out On The Town or not but I notice while debugging role sims, they are not getting to their assigned roles because spawning at the base camp on Staton Island for some reason and can't route. Lag as far as rendering is ok but it lags on routing. I downloaded the last updated version & have been using it for a week now. I tested it in it's early stages and it quite laggy with just my sim-self in it. I also believe the routing wasn't wonderful when it was first released but Daniel may have cleaned that up by now. New York's quite big and I've heard, fairly laggy.

It has always been a very important feature of the mods that they are and remain totally removable if it turns out the player doesn't like them and wishes to continue on without them in play, with some consideration having to be given for special circumstances such as one wouldn't want to remove Traveler while active gameplay is actually in a custom vacation world or remove Careers while a sim is actively engaged in a custom career or school (although I believe ErrorTrap or even a simple sim reset would clean up any issues in that latter example). Nor have the developers of Passion and GraphicalXTC. At the risk of sounding like we're trying to feed some sort of superiority complex, we just don't do that here. What the other developer is doing there, intentionally or otherwise, is capitalizing on players being human and feeling the need to see/experience some or all of these relatively odd things she is adding to the game NOW, with no regard for what it is going to do to their more everyday routine gameplay. The difference is kind of a philosophical one. But if you guys had a Patron I would gladly donate! Ya know this game is supposed to be fun and when peeps make mods for money instead of creativity in that fashion, it ruins everything. Does KinkyWorld corrupt the whole game folder in My Documents or just the saves? Should I have the game make a whole new documents folder and reinstall the mods? So much nope on the whole KW thing, got me paranoid now lmao. Also might be because I was moving things around in edit town and saved from there or might be because corruption is already slowly creeping in like rabid midgets crashing the party. Not sure if errors happen on library saves or not. Moving others in to clean and tried to save a backup and got error 12 on the first save session of the day. I was moving out lots to save to library. It's mentioned around the net that those two things cause error 12 when used a lot. I was starting to experience error 12 on saves but I figured it was because of long play sessions and a bunch of building. I spent hours cleaning everything up to transfer to a fresh start. Yeah I'm done, never using that crap again.
